A one-to-one session with Dietitian Sohaib Khan going through your usual week: what you eat, when you eat it, how you sleep and how much you move. Your plan is written from that conversation, and reviewed with you every two weeks.
Yes, we deliver across Pakistan. Two to four working days to major cities and a little longer elsewhere. You will get a tracking message once your parcel is collected.
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan, so you pay the courier when your order arrives. Card and bank transfer are also available at checkout.
DSK Weight Loss Programme is Rs 3,200 (25% off the regular Rs 4,290) per month. That covers your assessment, your written plan, one month of the blend delivered to you, a follow-up review every two weeks and WhatsApp support in between.
